Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
* Assist customers with placing, modifying, or cancelling orders.
* Provide accurate information about products, prescriptions, and delivery timelines.
* Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
* Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or MedTech sectors.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
* Good organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Commitment to customer privacy and confidentiality.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if required.
