What You’ll Do Lead and inspire Manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated centre team to achieve outstanding outcomes. Drive performance and quality Ensure the centre consistently meets and exceeds performance, quality, and compliance targets. Champion learner success Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports learner engagement, retention, and progression. Safeguard and uphold values Promote British Values and ensure learner safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding standards are embedded across the centre. Manage resources effectively Oversee budgets, staffing, compliance, and operational efficiency to support sustainable centre performance.
