Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver procurement activities, including market engagement, route assessment, and approvals.
2. Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from inception topletion.
3. Support negotiations and contract management to achieve added value.
4. Overseemercial matters for assigned contracts, including planning for expiry dates and resolving disputes.
5. Identify and mitigatemercial risks.
6. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders andmunicate the benefits ofmercial activities.
7. Ensurepliance with relevant policies and regulations.
8. Support alignment ofmercial activities within the team and highlight areas of concern.
9. Foster a culture ofpliance and continuous improvement.
10. Track performance and maintain robust reporting.
11. Mentor and coach team members as required.
12. Promote inclusion and diversity within the organisation.
13. Carry out other reasonable duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
14. Understanding of procurement regulations.

17. Experience in interpreting contractual arrangements and managing approvals.
