The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join a talented kitchen brigade that prides itself on creativity, consistency, and excellence. You’ll prepare and present dishes to 2 AA Rosette standard while enjoying a 4 days on / 3 days off rota for excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to exacting 2 AA Rosette standards within your section.
* Support the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure smooth, efficient service.
* Maintain exemplary hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
* Mentor and guide junior chefs, sharing skills and techniques.
* Contribute to seasonal menu and specials development.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management.

About You
* Previous Chef de Partie experience in a high-calibre hotel or fine dining restaurant.
* Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and creative presentation.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
