We’re seeking a detail-driven Commercial Analyst to join a leading Facilities Management provider, supporting Education, Justice, and Healthcare sector projects across the UK. This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility for hybrid working as required. You’ll need to commute to the Solihull office and occasionally visit project sites.
The Role
As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll support the Commercial Manager in managing FM contracts valued at around £25m. Your responsibilities will include:
Raising and managing monthly and ad hoc invoices.
Preparing monthly profit and loss reports, including data analysis and input.
Supporting debt management, chasing and escalating overdue payments.
Assisting with client variations, subcontract agreements, and frameworks.
Liaising with Area Managers on risk and opportunity registers.
Contributing to annual budgets, forecasts, and audit processes.
Providing commercial troubleshooting and support across projects. You
To be successful as a Commercial Analyst, you’ll bring:
Experience in Facilities Management, ideally with PFI, JCT, LIFTco or similar contracts.
A strong understanding of FM services (PPM, cleaning, catering, lifecycle planning).
Intermediate finance qualification (AAT, or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA preferred).
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Confidence in managing invoicing, reporting, and commercial data. What’s in it for you?
