Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Planner on an offshore wind farm project. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential. Previous experience working for the developer on a wind farm project or a major package within a wind farm project. Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of offshore wind farm construction processes and challenges. Experience in risk management and mitigation within large-scale projects.
