About the Role & Team
Comprised of Disney’s international media businesses and the Company’s various streaming services, the Direct-to-Consumer and International segment aligns technology, content and distribution platforms to expand the Company’s global footprint and deliver world-class, personalised entertainment experiences to consumers around the world. This segment is responsible for The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer businesses globally, including the ESPN+ sports streaming service, programmed in partnership with ESPN; the upcoming Disney-branded direct-to-consumer streaming service; and the Company’s ownership stake in Hulu. As part of the Direct-to-Consumer and International segment, Disney Streaming Services, developer of the ESPN+ and Disney-branded streaming platforms, oversees all consumer-facing digital technology and products across the Company.
This Creative Operations Coordinator role will support the Creative Ops Manager and Supervisors in all areas of project management, across Disney +. This role will also help in the delivery and tracking of the Disney + marketing, make lists across our marketing teams.

What You Will Do
1. Work closely with the Creative Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor across marketing campaign projects.
2. Coordinate campaign project workflows and timelines of marketing workstreams, proactively ensuring deadlines are met by all parties.
3. Support communication between Brief Owners, Creatives and Approvers.
4. Proactively track campaign project workflows ensuring deadlines are met by all parties.
5. Track and process delivery of campaigns.
6. Coordinate and track creative approvals for Regional and EMEA local markets, working closely with the Regional Creative, Regional marketing, local EMEA markets, and US teams.
7. Communicate status updates of work-in-progress projects to marketing teams in UK and local markets.
8. Review briefs, ensuring all relevant & correct information is present.
9. Ensure creative team are supplied with the content/ information they need to execute the brief.
10. Provide a filter for creative pipelines and upcoming projects from local markets to streamline the approvals process.
11. Quality control at all stages to ensure technical specifications and standards are met.
12. Collate all required asset information as needed from multiple sources per campaign, including
13. Support communication between Brief Owners, Creatives and Approvers.
14. Responsible for ensuring correct planning tools and operational processes are in place to execute projects.
15. Continuously work towards improving processes
16. Maintain dept. handbook and guides
17. Contribute to bi-weekly creative and marketing calls with project updates.
18. Attend campaign briefing meetings when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
20. Proven experience working in Media/Entertainment industry.
21. An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process
22. Experience of working with schedules/timelines
23. Highly organised with excellent ability to manage own and others time
24. Pro-active can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
25. Excellent attention to detail
26. Experience in working with brands.
27. Experience in working with multi-territory teams.
28. Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders.
29. Solid understanding of different video, audio, and print formats.
30. Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop an advantage
