Your role will involve supporting daily living, promoting positive health choices, and encouraging community participation, making every day meaningful for the people you support. ?? Key Responsibilities Person-Centred Support Build trusting, professional relationships with service users and their families. Support physical and mental wellbeing through individualised care plans. Assist with developing social, domestic and community living skills. Daily Living & Independence Help with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, shopping and budgeting. Support medication management where appropriate. Promote healthy lifestyles and positive routines. Community Engagement Accompany individuals to appointments, outings and holidays. Encourage participation in activities that build confidence and social inclusion. Advocate for service users and reduce stigma associated with complex needs. Safety & Compliance Maintain hygiene and infection control standards. Ensure safe custody of monies and accurate record-keeping. Respond appropriately to challenging behaviours using approved interventions. ??
