About the Role: As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher : Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to pupils’ needs. Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in their learning and development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with teaching staff, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil outcomes. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent. Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom management and organisational abilities. A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
