This is a new role, in an established team that will suit a fee earning Wills, Trust & Probate Lawyer, as a solicitor or a Legal Executive, to manage a caseload of broad and interesting clients which will keep the role varied. Many of the clients work with other areas of the firm’s legal services and are business owners, wealthy executives and directors of SMEs.
Joining an established Private Client department, the role comes with dedicated secretarial support. The work will see you providing legal guidance and advice on Estate Planning, and exit strategies for owner‑managed businesses and looking at your client’s family circumstances for tax and Trust matters, as well as more generic matters.
