No. 27 College Road a 120 bed property are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our building safe, functional and welcoming for residents.
What you'll be doing:
* Carrying out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance
* Ensuring statutory compliance across the building
* Managing commercial waste bins located outside the property
* Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and unexpected repairs
* Helping to create a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents
