Human Resources Business Partner (12 mth FTC)
This role is for a Human Resources Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract for Frazer Jones. The position is based in Central Manchester with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week in the office.
Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Contract: Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
The role:
* Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and colleagues across a range of HR topics
* Handle a range of employee relations issues including disciplinary & grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
* Drive performance, engagement, performance optimisation and professional development strategies
* Lead and support people-related projects, ensuring compliance and excellence
* Champion well-being, equity, and inclusivity in the workplace
* Collaborate with global teams in a matrixed environment to deliver best-in-class HR support
Our client is looking for:
* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role with strong employee relations and broader generalist HR activities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and culture
* Experience within a professional setting, e.g. financial services, professional services or similar and ideally within a global/matrixed setting
