Job Title: Spa Receptionist
As our Spa Receptionist, you will be an accomplished coordinator, thriving on multi-tasking, prioritising workload, and ensuring all aspects of the role are delivered to the highest standard.
Enthusiastic and hard-working individuals are ideal for this role. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team or independently to complete tasks efficiently.
Delivering exceptional service to both members and guests is central to our mission. You will build strong relationships from their arrival to departure, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Understanding our environment and product offerings will enhance your ability to promote our treatments and retail products.
The Person
You should be immaculately presented, naturally warm, and welcoming, with excellent attention to detail. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential. Your work ethic will enable you to learn in detail about The Coach House's products and services.
Shift Pattern
* The typical shifts are 06:30-15:00, 10:00-18:30, and 12:00-20:30. Hours may vary based on business needs.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and adapt to different hours is required.
Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour plus tronc.
