* Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, guiding them through vehicle choices and showcasing our range of products with enthusiasm.
* Drive Sales Success: Convert test drives and walk-ins into successful purchases, consistently meeting or exceeding both personal and store-wide sales and profit targets.
* Stay Knowledgeable and Confident: Keep up-to-date with our diverse and evolving product range and services to confidently assist customers in making informed decisions.
* Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with your Business Manager to maximize the value of each transaction, fostering teamwork and receiving continuous support as you work toward achieving excellence.

Person Specification:

* Must hold a valid, full UK driving licence.
* Will have a strong drive for success and a commitment to achieving both individual and team sales targets are key to excelling in this position.
* Will have exceptional Customer Service Skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Have strong interpersonal skills to ensure you can build lasting relationships with customers.
* Will have previous experience within a busy sales environment.
* Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
