This is a Monday to Friday, 9–5 role offering a salary of up to £43,500, plus £4,133.14 Inner London Weighting and an excellent benefits package. About the Substance Misuse Nurse role You will act as a vital link between the acute hospital environment — including A&E and inpatient wards — and community substance misuse services. The role focuses on advanced assessment, harm reduction, withdrawal management, and coordinated discharge planning for patients whose hospital admission is linked to alcohol or drug use.
