We have a new opportunity in our Client department, as a Hospitality Coordinator (Project Manager).
Your responsibilities:
* managing the accommodation for one or more events on behalf of one or more organizing clients.
* creating proposals and quotes adapted to the needs of participants.
* sending of commercial proposals.
* dealing with clients' requests / special requests (groups or individuals).
* resolving participants' problems in conjunction with partners.
* drawing up contracts.
* payment chasing and follow ups.
Profile:
* Ideally, you have around 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant background in hotel reservations and contracting (e.g., Accommodation Project Manager or Reservation Agent) – preferred but not mandatory.
* Solid knowledge of hotel reservation systems and processes is an asset.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued; other languages would be a plus.
* Strong organizational and communication skills – important for success in the role
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team – a key quality we encourage and support.
