Proposition Analyst

This role is suited to individuals looking to utilise their analytical mindset and skillset to inform, shape, improve and communicate the proposition to our customers (members, employers and advisers). The role will provide business analysis around strategic planning, markets, and new and enhanced products throughout their development from initial ‘idea’ stage, through to detailed requirements specification, business justification and communication as required.
This is likely to involve analysing market insight, competitor information, rules and regulations, management information and assisting with discovery workshops to identify, document and agree proposition business requirements.
Responsibilities:
•Communications – marketing briefs, overseeing, working with marketing to create content, deliver annual mailings
•Customer journeys – analyse, identify improvements, deliver small changes
•Reporting – Analyse, as above Data improvement section
•Website content – Review, identify changes, deliver alongside Marketing
•Operations support – EAC/ELC team – Employers and Claims team
•PPG – manage meeting – agenda, minutes, collate papers etc.
•Undertake activity supporting the Proposition Lifecycle Framework by analysing and assessing ideas and proposals The role will also support project delivery, ongoing product/ proposition management, post launch reviews and end of life product/ proposition activities.
Qualifications:
•Comfortable working independently, or as part of a team.
•Strong interpersonal communication, analysis and presentation skills.
•Pro-active, ‘can-do’ behaviour and attitude.
•Business analysis and project experience, ideally within the insurance market and other financial services.
•Working with multiple senior stakeholders, product owners and subject matter experts to create proposals, specify requirements and clear business justifications.
