8. Supporting strategic initiatives and representing the Finance department at senior-level meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
9. A qualified and experienced Financial Controller with 3–5 years’ experience in a pan-European structure.
10. Strong business acumen and experience working in £50m+ turnover businesses (FMCG experience is a bonus!).
11. A background in both practice and industry, with exposure to acquisitions, private equity, and owner-led companies.
12. Excellent IT skills (Sage Intacct experience is a plus) and a knack for implementing system upgrades.
13. A detail-oriented, results-driven professional who thrives under pressure.
Key Skills and Attributes:
14. A great communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels—inside and outside the business.
15. A natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team while creating a culture of collaboration.
16. A proactive thinker who’s great at analysing data, making recommendations, and driving positive change.
17. High levels of professionalism, integrity, and resilience, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a crucial role in a growing, ambitious company. You’ll have plenty of variety, lots of responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference in how we operate. Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team that values your input.
