We are working with a modern GP practice in Wolverhampton looking for a Full‑time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants
Requirements
* Knowledge or experience of chronic disease management
* Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
* Child and adult immunisations
* Cervical cytology
* Diabetes, asthma and COPD monitoring
* Family planning
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of QOF and enhanced services
* Fully up‑to‑date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
Salary £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependent on experience.
