The successful candidate will report to an Associate Director and join a team of 6 in personal tax and 15 across the department. Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax compliance clients.
2. Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering advisory services.
3. Participating in estate planning services for clients.
4. Training and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills.
5. Building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
6. Overseeing financial management of your portfolio.
7. Contributing to business development initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
* ACA and/or CTA qualified.
* Experience in personal tax compliance and estate planning.
* Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
* Proficiency in tax planning and advisory services.
