We’re looking to offer a salary of £26,531 per annum plus 10% shift allowance and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
Assist the First Line Manager in managing daily operations and team performance
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and SOPs
* Drive continuous improvement and identify areas for process enhancement
* Maintain focus on quality and efficiency to meet KPIs

Previous experience within a fast-paced warehousing or supply chain environment
