About The Role
As a Parts Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the daily flow of vehicle parts across multiple customer accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying and sourcing the right parts, managing orders and ETAs, and ensuring our internal teams have everything they need to complete vehicle work efficiently.
You’ll work closely with the Parts Team Leader and other departments, using your initiative to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Review vehicle images and inspection data to identify required parts
* Source and order parts from multiple suppliers and catalogues
* Manage multi-account profiles and support across different customer contracts
* Track and report on ETAs and escalate back orders when needed
* Liaise with account managers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Support the Parts Manager with new projects, system developments, and onboarding new accounts
* Provide guidance to colleagues during busy periods and assist with workload allocation
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in parts coordination or automotive operations
* Strong knowledge of parts identification, cataloguing systems (E-CAT), and supplier networks
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* A proactive, problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working with technical vehicle information
