Job Duties
As the Employment Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading compliance initiatives across employment legislation and workforce regulations.
* Managing Sizewell C’s Visa Sponsorship License and ensuring full UKVI compliance.
* Overseeing governance for contingent and embedded workers through audits and risk assessments.
* Collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement for consistent governance application.
* Driving continuous improvement in HR policies, processes, and systems.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies on compliance matters.
Job Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
* Significant experience in IR35 compliance, workforce governance, and HR operations in complex, regulated environments.
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and sponsorship processes.
* Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Knowledge of UK immigration legislation and visa sponsorship compliance.
* Experience in large infrastructure or energy projects.
