Maintenance Engineer (Monday – Friday) – Poole, Dorset
Salary: GBP48,000 – GBP50,000 + Bonus.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, with plenty of overtime and one weekend every 4 with time off during the week.

Role and Responsibilities
* Respond to machine breakdowns with a view to minimising downtime and improving long term machine reliability.
* Execute the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineers plan to work preventatively in addition to reactively.
* Use appropriate root cause analysis tools and 5S.
* Actively support a culture of Continuous Improvement, looking at ways to engineer out persistent problems.
* Carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance.
* Accurately record all maintenance tasks performed on an electronic reporting system.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Formal Engineering Qualification: C and G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained.
* Continuous improvement knowledge.
* Strong knowledge of good engineering standards.
* Experience in Engineering, manufacturing or production environments.
