Student Recruitment Officer – Birmingham
Seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to support prospective students throughout their admissions journey and drive engagement with the Student Referral scheme. This role focuses on promoting academic programmes, guiding applicants, and contributing to enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
* Act as the main point of contact for prospective students across phone, email, social media and in‑person.
* Provide clear information on programmes, entry requirements, scholarships, facilities, and student life.
* Lead presentations, campus tours and info sessions.
* Use CRM tools to track enquiries and ensure timely follow‑up.
* Support applicants with the full admissions process, including document guidance.
* Work with admissions teams on application reviews, interviews and selection.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of the education sector and admissions processes.
* Confident using digital platforms, social media and CRM systems.
* Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
* Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and passionate about student success.
* Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel for events.
