You will be joining an established Child Health Practice Development Team made up of a Lead Nurse, 11.5 WTE Band 7 Practice Development Nurses (PDNs)u00a0 and 3.2 WTE Clinical Facilitators who work within the Childrenu2019s and Young People Services over the two sites; the other site being at the Princess Royal Hospital (PRUH), Bromley in Kent. To ensure the assessment and development of all junior nursing staff includes both practical skills and knowledge related to the clinical areas including CNST training required as mandatory.
