We are a well established window manufacturing business based in Wellingborough and we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to coordinate the office team and work alongside the manufacturing operation.

£30k per annum, more for those with fenestration experience.
Constant day shift- 8.30am-5pm
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and pension
Tell me more about the role.
This role is the glue that links the customer, the office and the shop floor together- a proper operational lynchpin!
Ideally youll have some window design experience but its not essential. Experience with stock systems, email and excel are key though.
This is a customer facing role. Youll liaise with tradespeople via phone and in person about their orders, manage expectations and deliver great customer service that maintains business and relationships.
Youll also oversee design, finance and stock ordering. Errors cost money and youll be the final check point.
You also need to be a respected leader. Someone who can motivate the shop floor and build relationships across the business.
