A little about the role We re on the lookout for a Major Works Surveyor to lead on diagnosing, specifying, procuring, and overseeing significant repairs and planned works across our London and South East region. You ll manage everything from structural repairs and insurance works to drainage, roofing, and Aids & Adaptations seeing projects through from start to finish while ensuring a top-tier customer experience. You ll also manage Party Wall enquiries and tenant alterations, balancing technical compliance with people-first thinking. What s in it for you? If you tick most of these boxes, we d love to hear from you: Qualified via RICS or CIOB (or working towards it) HNC in building surveying NEBOSH/IOSH qualified Strong understanding of domestic property maintenance and quality control systems Skilled in Microsoft Office, Project, and NBS software Experience in delivering stock investment/major works in social or private residential housing Confident with JCT Measured Term Contracts and contract admin duties Experience using Keystone (especially the Planned Maintenance module) Excellent communication and customer care skills, with a proven track record of delivering satisfaction alongside results If specific qualifications are required, please upload them with your application to demonstrate your eligibility.
