Role: Facilities Engineer
Location: Warwick
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 16:00
Looking for a role where your technical skills keep operations running smoothly? Join as a Facilities Engineer and be at the heart of maintaining and improving site infrastructure. You’ll ensure equipment is safe, efficient, and compliant handling everything from fault-finding and repairs to supporting continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role with real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across buildings, plant, and equipment
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and respond to breakdowns
* Provide facilities support across multiple sites as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in facilities or plant maintenance
* Completed a mechanical or craft apprenticeship (or time-served equivalent)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Confident working at height and holding IOSH certification
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Flexible and proactive, with the ability to manage workload independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with maintenance systems
