Overview
DCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee recruitment, inductions, and performance management of our flexible workforce across multiple client warehouse sites in and around Bristol.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee worker performance, providing training and support as needed.
* Conduct weekly inductions across multiple client sites.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client site teams and management.
* Carry out right-to-work checks and verify documentation.
* Ensure all compliance processes are met and documented.
* Ensure health & safety standards are consistently upheld.
What you’ll need:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management or high-volume recruitment.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple sites.
* Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel between sites within a 50-mile radius.
* Ability to work autonomously and responsibly in a role where your impact is visible to clients.
* Experience in establishing and expanding accounts.
