Job Overview: As a Taco Bell Restaurant Shift Manager, you support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running effective work shifts and maintaining Taco Bell standards. You take ownership of tasks, solve problems proactively, seek assistance when needed, and guide team members. Your key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members complete their duties, serve safe and quality food in a friendly manner, and maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.
Expected Behaviors:
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
* Provide positive feedback to Team Members.
* Communicate openly and honestly with management.
* Adhere to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum age of 18
* Pass background check
* Valid Driver's License
* Reliable private transportation
* At least 1 year of management experience; food service experience a plus
* Basic business math skills
* Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
