Job Title: Operations Administrator – HR
Location: Manor Royal, Crawley (Hybrid – 2 days WFH once trained)
Contract: 7 months (option to go permanent)
Rate: £13.25 per hour
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team, where you’ll play a key part in delivering smooth and effective Learning & Development services across the business.
You don’t need to have previous HR experience — what matters most are your strong admin skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
This isn’t just admin — you’ll be at the centre of coordinating training activities, keeping records accurate, and helping colleagues have the best possible learning experience. You’ll also be a go-to point for L&D queries, support process improvements, and keep things running behind the scenes so the wider HR and L&D functions can perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver consistent, timely, and accurate transactional support for all L&D processes.
Manage customer queries via case management systems, phone, and in person — always aligned to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Coordinate training activities: bookings, invites, cancellations, attendance tracking, and certifications.
Ensure compliance and minimise disruption through robust process delivery.
Provide reporting on activities and performance, and help identify areas for improvement.
Support L&D process improvement and automation efforts.
Own and resolve learning-related queries, escalating where appropriate.
Collaborate with wider HR Operations and Learning Hub teams to support overall business objectives.
