* Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
* Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
* Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
* Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.

* Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
