What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading Category relationships with top UK and Benelux customers and shaping their commercial plans.
• Identifying gaps and opportunities across the portfolio then working with Sales and Marketing to turn them into action.
• Being the voice of the shopper inside the business and using fact-led insight to guide better decisions.
• Owning retailer data tools including loyalty platforms and reporting on NPD performance.
What You’ll Need to Bring
• Strong FMCG Category experience including direct work with major UK grocery retailers.
• Confidence working with IRI, Nielsen, Kantar and loyalty data with the ability to turn complexity into clear stories.
• A track record of building trusted customer relationships and presenting with confidence in any room.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and a sharp eye for accuracy and insight.
