Responsibilities
* Support the store management team towards the accomplishment of the retail plan.
* Contribute to operational excellence and financial performance of a store.
* Maintain high food quality and kitchen ambience.
* Mentor chefs and support their development.
* Be hands-on in prep, solve problems, and keep pace with operations.
* Use finest products and cook from scratch to create a unique guest experience.
* Work with chefs to prepare and present food to high standards.
* Follow prep and cooking processes to ensure safety, cleanliness, and taste.
* Provide excellent service as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Previous experience in a kitchen/chef role is preferred.
* Ability to work a 4-day week with days on/off as per contract.
* Willingness to engage in training and development opportunities.
