The Role of International Sales Manager, FMCG Food
The core of this role involves spearheading global growth by developing and executing sophisticated market-entry strategies across key international territories. As the International Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle from initial pipeline development to final contract negotiation.
You will be responsible for forging and nurturing pivotal relationships with global distributors, dealers, and partners to ensure our clients’ products reach kitchens worldwide. Furthermore, you will provide mentorship and direction to two direct reports who manage day-to-day contact with distributors, motivating them to exceed revenue targets consistently.
What is Needed to Apply to The Role of International Sales Manager, FMCG Food
* To be successful in this high-impact position, you must be a self-motivated "hunter" with a proven track record in international B2B sales, ideally within the FMCG food sector.
* You should possess a solid understanding of international regulatory landscapes, particularly in the EU, the Middle East, and the US.
* Given the global nature of the role, exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities and negotiation skills are paramount.
* While a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, it is not essential.
* However, you must have at least two years of international sales management experience within consumer goods.
* Business proficiency in English is required, and the ability to speak another European language would be considered a significant advantage.
* As the company utilises Salesforce, prior experience with this CRM will give you a distinct head start.
