This is a dynamic role where you'll coordinate with internal teams, resolve challenges, and keep aircraft flying by responding to urgent AOG requests. What you'll be doing: - Manage key airline and MRO accounts, acting as the primary contact for spares and customer support. - Coordinate with internal teams on logistics, supply chain, and credit management to resolve issues quickly. - Monitor and control customer demand through order book reviews, delivery planning, and risk analysis. - Handle urgent AOG requests, including RFQs, order entry, and delivery coordination, and support the global out-of-hours desk on a rotational basis. - Promote digital tools and resources to enhance customer experience and efficiency. Candidate skills & requirements What you'll bring - Proven experience in managing customer relationships with a strong customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with ERP systems and tools such as SAP, MS Dynamics, CRM, and Office applications. - Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation-with confidence in stakeholder engagement. - Flexibility to support out-of-hours AOG management and occasional travel within the EMEA region.
