Account Executive – Vehicle Leasing

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing vehicle leasing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and is focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries, building relationships with customers, and guiding them through the vehicle leasing process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries from both personal and business customers
* Qualify customer requirements and provide suitable vehicle leasing solutions
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Manage the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
* Consistently work towards and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (automotive or leasing experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven with a proactive and positive approach
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
