What you’ll do
* Assist in a wide range of property litigation matters concerning development land (including telecoms), property contracts and landlord/tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants.
* Work as part of a friendly, supportive team that will train and help develop your skills.
* Engage in pre‑action correspondence with third parties.
* Take instructions from clients and regularly keep them updated.
* Support senior fee earners on their cases, helping with discrete tasks or larger projects across the team.
What we’re looking for
* 1+ years of paralegal experience; litigation experience is preferable but not essential.
* Commercial awareness and business aptitude.
* A methodical approach with a high level of attention to detail, content and presentation of work.
