Key Responsibilities:

* Keep a sharp eye on customer needs and industry demands.
* Manage chemical usage and ensure everything is handled correctly.
* Take charge of machinery, ensuring it's cleaned, dismantled, and rebuilt flawlessly.
* Lead vaccination and flock health monitoring, ensuring top-tier standards.
* Organize and track blood, salmonella, and health testing to safeguard the well-being of poultry.
* Occasionally handle fumigation duties (if trained to do so).
* Step up as a leader in managerial absences, taking responsibility for the team.
* Ensure team adherence to company policies and maintain discipline.
* Assist with stores and deliveries, supporting overall site efficiency.

Work Environment:
