So, what are the key responsibilities?
* Lead and shape the building of the brand into the Germany market. A huge opportunity to launch and shape growth within Germany working directly with leading retailers.
* Cross functional stakeholder management to develop the end to end export/ sales strategy into Germany.
* The business is flexible and there may be opportunity to take other countries if desired or your experience makes sense too.
* Strong commercial skills with full P&L accountability and end to end account management.
What are the business looking for in this role?
* Experience in the German market ideally working directly with leading retailers like DM, Rossman and Muller.
* Ideally fluent in German or experienced in the market.
* FMCG International sales experience.
* Distributor & direct export experience.
* Brand building mindset.
