We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join a mobile engineering team operating across sites in central Scotland. This is a varied and hands-on role within a well-established organisation that values quality work, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Dayshift/Backshift position
You'll play a key role in ensuring plant performance, reliability, and availability through both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance
Maintain plant condition and performance to support operational schedules
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical systems
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issuesAbout You
Experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Knowledge of high-speed rotating equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Welding and fabrication skills desirable
Comfortable using IT systems and reporting tools
Strong awareness of health & safety practicesWhat's on Offer
