In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Continuously increase product knowledge
- Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines
- Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment
- Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)
- Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes
- Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI's & targets
- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets ú Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers
- Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
- Support store management in transaction, complaint & return handling
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
- Commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- High cultural knowledge & awareness
- Perceptive of customer needs
- Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written)"
