Assistant Accountant - Bradford | £30, | Permanent | Mon-Fri 8:45am-5:30pm
Are you an experienced Assistant Accountant looking for your next permanent opportunity? We're working in partnership with a well-established business based in Bradford, who are looking to welcome a confident and capable finance professional to their team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
Salary & benefits: £30, per annum plus 26 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
Location: Office-based in Bradford
The Role: As Assistant Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance function, with a focus on:
1. Preparing monthly management accounts
2. Completing quarterly VAT returns
3. Maintaining accurate ledgers
4. Supporting the purchase ledger process
5. Producing reports using Excel (strong spreadsheet skills essential)

What We're Looking For:
6. Previous experience in a similar Assistant Accountant role
7. Strong understanding of core accounting principles
8. Confident using Excel for reporting and analysis
