Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Ipswich
Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise site activities and coordinate subcontractors
2. Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations
3. Monitor progress against the programme and report to management
4. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
5. Maintain site records, reports, and inspections
6. Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings and specifications
7. Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements
8. Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
9. Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S regulations
10. SMSTS or SSSTS certification
11. CSCS card
12. Good communication and leadership skills
13. Ability to manage multiple trades on site
