Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sarn for a Bricklayer. The Bricklayer will be responsible for preparing construction materials, laying bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry materials, and ensuring quality craftsmanship. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting materials, mixing mortar, and assembling structures such as walls, chimneys, and pathways according to design specifications. Safety compliance and maintaining tools and equipment are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in bricklaying techniques, block-laying, and general masonry skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
Experience with using hand tools, power tools, and other masonry equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in measurements and finishing.
Knowledge of construction safety protocols and commitment to following safety standards.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks consistently and in diverse weather conditions.
Teamwork and strong communication skills to coordinate with other construction professionals on-site.
Previous experience in the construction or masonry industry is preferred.
A vocational qualification or certification in masonry or construction-related trade is advantageous.
