M&A / Investment Banking Senior Associate / VP

We’ve been instructed by a leading international investment bank looking to hire a Senior Associate / Vice President into its growing Manchester-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact, execution-focused role, working on a range of mid-market M&A transactions across dynamic sectors. Technology / Media experience is preferred, but strong candidates from other sectors will also be considered.
The Role
* Lead and support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions
* Take ownership of client deliverables including IMs, presentations, and financial analysis
* Build and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, etc.)
* Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors
* Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to client interaction
The Candidate
* 3–7+ years’ experience in M&A / Corporate Finance
* Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
* Proven track record of transaction execution
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Sector experience in Technology / Media advantageous, but not essential
