OVERVIEW:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, shared ownership and related transactions whilst in full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and fellow Solicitors whilst delivering an efficient, high quality and client focused service.
- Suitable for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal with a solid technical understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach, with excellent communication skills, strong organisational and time management abilities.
