Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Exeter.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be working in one of the following departments:
* Alloy.
* Monoshell.
* Cleaning / Pre-Finishing.
You will be involved in essential processes such as:
* Handling and pouring molten alloy.
* Operating high-pressure washing equipment.
* Loading furnaces and managing casting components.
* Following strict quality control procedures.
All roles are physically active and carried out in a hot, industrial environment - full PPE is provided.
Shift Pattern
* Morning: 6am - 2pm
* Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm
* Night: 10pm - 6am
Regular overtime is available - especially on night shifts.
Pay and Benefits
* £15.51 per hour starting rate (paid breaks included).
* Monthly earnings up to £2,600 (gross).

* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred but not essential).
