Milk Education are proud to be working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in L27, Liverpool, who are looking for a compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil who needs that extra bit of care, encouragement and consistency.

The Role:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with one pupil, supporting their learning, confidence and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day. You’ll be a key part of their journey, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.
1. Start Date: ASAP
2. Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (term time only)
3. Contract: Long-term, with potential to go permanent
4. Location: L27, Liverpool
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing dedicated 1:1 classroom support
Helping the pupil access the curriculum
Supporting emotional and behavioural needs
Building a positive, trusting relationship
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
Who We’re Looking For:
5. Experience working with children in a primary school setting
6. SEND experience (desirable but not essential)
7. Patient, nurturing and resilient personality
8. Passion for supporting children who need extra help
9. Someone reliable who genuinely cares about making an impact
